Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Finance professional to support corporate actions processing within a middle-office environment. You will validate work, guide Level 1 analysts, and ensure accuracy across processes while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and opportunities to improve workflows. A background in financial services or middle office operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage increased responsibility.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Actions Processing: Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products.
• Team Support & Leadership: Act as a point of guidance for Level 1 analysts, assisting with questions and workflow direction.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Handle more complex inquiries and support client communication as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and accuracy within the team.
