Job summary

Sysco Corp. in Dublin, OH seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Account Management to lead, coach and develop colleagues supporting inbound activity for Sygma Corporate Customers.

You will drive strategic initiatives that ensure key merchandising KPIs and contract compliance, and act as the liaison between corporate customers, SYGMA Merchandising, and other departments to deliver outstanding service. You will guide teams, oversee item set-ups, pricing updates, and reporting for customers;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years external experience in National Accounts, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or similar.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop colleagues; deliver performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; serve as escalation point.
• Provide proactive supply chain resolutions to minimize impact on stakeholders.
• Negotiate inventory directions, storage opportunities, and capacity solutions.
• Deliver key metrics like inventory days, OTIF, and freight spend.
• Coordinate item/set-up, pricing updates, and cross-department information.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve profitability and customer service.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and cross-functional alignment.
• Provide value-added reporting and act as back-up to leadership.
