Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 7–10 years accounting or financial experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy and reporting initiatives: forecasting, modeling, earnings and cash flow analysis; support exec reporting materials.
• Lead accounting and financial reporting: month-end close, consolidations, journal entries, financial statements, and analysis; oversee SEC and SOX compliance.
• Provide technical accounting and governance oversight: establish policies, maintain internal controls, ensure audit readiness.
• Lead teams and cross-functional partnerships: mentor accounting staff and collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, legal, and stakeholders.
