Atrium Staffing seeks a Senior Accountant to support the financial close, reporting, and internal controls across departments in a growing organization. This role contributes to accurate financial information and process improvements.

The Senior Accountant will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and deliver timely financial reporting. CPA is preferred, and prior experience in a multi-site company is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA designation or active candidacy is preferred (if stated).

Responsibilities

• Manage the close cycle and ensure timely, accurate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and GL maintenance.
• Assist with SOX reporting and SEC filings (10-Q/10-K).
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and internal controls documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on forecasting, budgeting, and intercompany activity.
