Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Corporate Accountant for our client in Miami, FL. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, leveraging strong Excel skills to ensure GAAP-compliant results.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus.
• 2+ years of accounting experience required.
• Proficient with full-cycle accounting and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP/AR processes and vendor payments.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist with tax compliance and audits as needed.
