Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead critical areas of the accounting and financial reporting process. You will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable processes, strengthen controls, and support corporate accounting activities across multiple business units.

The role emphasizes both the technical accounting work and opportunities to shape the function’s operations within a fast-paced manufacturing-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• CPA highly preferred; public accounting and corporate accounting experience in manufacturing setting is desired.
• Ability to bring structure to complex situations and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

This position will oversee critical areas of the accounting and financial reporting process while partnering closely with finance leadership and teams across the business. Outside of the day to day accounting responsibilities, this person will have the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen controls, and help shape a more scalable accounting function.
