Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years leading development and external deployment of digital products.
• 5+ years managing multi-location teams and cross-functional programs.
• 5+ years using, developing, or supporting a software development system.
• 5+ years analyzing data and collecting requirements with customers.
• 5+ years managing product backlogs and budget/capacity.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across organizations.

• Lead vision, strategy and roadmap for Core Systems portfolio.
• Oversee development, modernization and sustainment of enterprise systems.
• Drive UX improvements for campus operations and workflows.
