Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington seeks a Senior Manager – Commercial Training Core Operational Systems to lead the portfolio of enterprise systems that support Boeing’s campus and business operations, including training scheduling and workflows.

You will drive user experience improvements, collaborate with senior leaders and airline customers, manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships, and apply AI to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a leadership role or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading development and deployment for digital products.
• 5+ years managing teams across multiple locations.
• 5+ years analyzing data and gathering system requirements with customers.
• 5+ years of backlog and budget management experience.
• Experience working with large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and develop teams with a high-performing culture.
• Define and lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Systems portfolio.
• Oversee development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise systems for campus and operations.
• Lead scheduling, operational planning, and critical workflows for training and maintenance.
• Drive UX improvements to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Collaborate across campus operations, engineering, finance and external partners.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships; monitor forecasts and risks.
• Report portfolio status and milestones to senior leadership.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Lead make/buy/partner analyses for scalable solutions.
