Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• ITAR compliance eligibility required.
• TEOA Practitioner Certification required or ability to obtain within first year.
• 10–12 years of manufacturing experience with progressive responsibility.
• At least 5 years leading site-level Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Daily Management Systems, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and change management with measurable results.
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency may be required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Site Leader to develop and execute the site's Operational Excellence strategy.
• Lead deployment and sustainment of CI initiatives driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Own the Harris Lean System roadmap including quarterly assessments and executive reviews.
• Develop leaders by coaching Lean Leadership, Daily Management, and Problem Solving.
• Drive Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and other Lean systems site-wide.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and strategic improvement projects.
• Cross-functionally optimize end-to-end value streams and support capacity and planning.
• Monitor OE performance with KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis to identify gaps.
• Foster accountability and engagement through visible leadership and Gemba coaching.
• Ensure CI activities are standardized, sustained, and aligned with OE objectives.
