Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the deployment of the TE Operating Advantage at the Fairview and Arden facilities in North Carolina. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and problem solving across manufacturing operations, mentoring teams and partnering with plant leadership to deliver cost reductions and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles in manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and deliver measurable improvements.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-level TEOA deployment strategies aligned with plant objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational, financial, and customer-focused performance.
• Facilitate Lean transformation activities and coach front-line employees and leaders.
• Mentor TEOA Practitioners, Kaizen Facilitators, supervisors, and managers.
• Drive implementation and sustainment of Lean tools and practices across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify productivity, waste reduction, and quality improvements.
