• 8 years extensive experience with data analytics, performance reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Develops, standardizes SOPs across all branch operations.
• Conducts time studies to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
• Leads design and execution of process improvement strategies with ROI.
• Creates and tracks KPIs to monitor operational success.

• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to meet business needs.
• Develops a strategic roadmap for network optimization across vendors and branches.
• Identifies route optimization and cost-saving opportunities across the network.
• Oversees training programs to ensure operational excellence.
• Provides coaching to direct reports and fosters growth.
• Leads sustainability initiatives in branch operations.
