• 4 Years of Experience in data analytics, performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of store improvement tools and processes, with limited guidance from the Store Operations Manager.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver projects, best practices, and process improvements.
• Utilize field feedback and reporting to provide recommendations for process improvements and projects to field leadership.
• Coordinate and manage timely execution of projects across stores, from development to implementation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analytics to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
• Interpret reporting and develop actionable performance recommendations for stakeholders.
• Provide real‑time information and guidance to stores on day‑to‑day procedures.
• Analyze post‑project feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage projects by building plans and ensuring on‑time delivery and integration.
• Perform competitive and market analysis with subject‑matter experts as needed.
• Enhance associate‑facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Review, approve, and publish policies for new store initiatives; sometimes handle documentation.
