Responsibilities

• Establish a prioritized roadmap to improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
• Develop mechanisms to identify and eliminate defects in the post-purchase journey.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple teams without direct reporting lines.
• Create executive-level presentations combining data, insights, and strategic thinking.
• Influence stakeholders and articulate clear problem statements and outcomes.
