Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 5-7 years in related work.
• 5-7 years managing a team designing and implementing training programs.
• 5 years designing training for a small to medium organizat ion.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable training materials across formats.
• Oversee LMS and digital platforms for delivery and tracking.
• Manage and develop a content team through coaching and development.
• Build partnerships with SMEs, operations, and HR to identify needs.
• Use data and learner feedback to refine content and delivery.
