Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager of PS&T Content to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of training materials, learning platforms, and content strategies that drive capability and performance.

The role manages a team of content creators and instructional designers, partners with subject matter experts, and ensures training initiatives align with business priorities, with a flexible hybrid schedule including three in-person days at core locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or 5-7 years of related work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in managing a team responsible for design and implementation of training programs.
• 5 years experience designing training programs for a small to medium organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS and Excel.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve training effectiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication for creating content and updates.
• Experience cross-functionally and building partnerships to gather input.
• Ability to coach and mentor, value diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across formats (digital, instructor-led, microlearning).
• Oversee LMS and digital platforms to ensure delivery and tracking of training, improve usability and reporting.
• Manage and develop a team of content creators, instructional designers, and training specialists; foster growth and inclusive leadership.
• Build collaborative partnerships with SMEs, operations leaders, and HR to identify training needs and improvements.
• Use data and learner feedback to refine content and delivery methods; align with organizational priorities.
