Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager of PS&T Content to lead development and management of training materials and platforms. You will oversee a team of instructional designers and content creators, partnering with operations and HR to identify needs and deliver impactful learning programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in training leadership, strong data analytics, and proficiency with LMS tools and e-learning authoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5–7 years in training roles.
• Experience leading design and implementation of training programs for mid-size organizations.
• Proficient with LMS administration (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) and analytics.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and basic video/graphics is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable training materials across digital, instructor-led, and microlearning formats.
• Oversee LMS platforms to ensure delivery, tracking, and reporting of programs.
• Lead a team of content creators, instructional designers, and training specialists.
• Build partnerships with SMEs, operations leaders, and HR to identify training needs.
• Use data and feedback to refine content and align with business priorities.
