REFORM is hiring a Senior Manager, Content who will shape our marketing and communications content, manage our publishing calendar, lead our marketing content program, and create digital platform strategies. This person will be instrumental in helping to elevate and amplify REFORM’s presence across digital and social platforms while advancing our organization’s mission of transforming the criminal justice system. This role will be hands-on, working collaboratively with not just the Marketing & Communications team, but also REFORM’s other departments such as Community Engagement and Policy in order to create best-in-class content.
The ideal candidate is a person with a content creation background who is capable of managing multiple projects at the same time. They’ll jump at the opportunity to pitch ideas, lead programs, and direct and manage projects from end to end. REFORM is an agile organization. We operate like a startup. Therefore, everyone is expected to ideate, implement, and deliver results.
By leveraging innovative digital tools and storytelling, the Senior Manager, Content will play a key role in expanding REFORM’s reach, influence, and impact in the fight for a more just and restorative criminal justice system.
This role is on the Marketing team and reports directly to the VP, Marketing & Communications.

The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be ~$104,000-$130,000. REFORM offers competitive base salaries based on the 75th percentile of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously.
