The Aspen Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Insights to partner with Brand Marketing and Recruitment Marketing across TAG’s portfolio. You will lead research programs, generate strategic insights, and mentor team members to support growth and brand initiatives.

Based in Chicago, the role reports to the VP of Insights and requires strong collaboration across functional leaders, analytic rigor, and a passion for turning data into actionable business actions. Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years relevant experience in Market Research or Insights.
• Experience leading high‑visibility cross‑functional projects.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics or similar online data collection platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies in study design and synthesis.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead insights partner for Brand and Employer Brand research across Consumer and Employer Brand teams.
• Drive research, measurement and strategic recommendations to shape brand and recruitment outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with Brand Marketing colleagues to align on objectives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and execute studies, synthesize results, and translate into actionable insights.
• Expand market intelligence processes and coordinate cross-brand ad-hoc research.
