The Aspen Group (TAG) is a major healthcare services platform supporting Aspen Dental, WellNow Urgent Care, and more. This analytics role sits in the Performance and Growth organization, focused on Aspen Dental, translating data into actionable insights for marketing, operations, and strategy.

You will analyze paid media, CRM marketing, organic demand, conversion funnels, and service line performance to inform decisions and scale results across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, customer analytics, or business analytics.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing performance reporting and identifying trends.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience with test design and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify drivers of traffic, leads, appointments, and conversion across the funnel across offices and services.
• Evaluate incrementality and distinguish baseline vs marketing-driven impact.
• Synthesize data sources into a cohesive performance view.
• Partner with channel owners to assess opportunities and optimize tactics.
• Build frameworks to understand ROAS and allocate spend across channels.
