Job summary
DoorDash USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science/Analytics to lead a team of data scientists focused on improving the consumer experience. You will develop strategic insights and work closely with product, engineering, strategy and operations to measure the impact of new features.

Qualifications
- Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, CS or similar.
- Experience managing a data science team with impactful analyses.
- 8+ years in Data Science and Product Analytics in related industries.
- 3+ years as a people manager.
- Strong technical leadership and business context application.
- Deep understanding of experimentation.
- Experience with data pipelines and analytics foundations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and contribute as IC.
- Influence Product and Operations roadmap with data insights.
- Interface with senior leadership to present work and solve business problems.
- Drive measurement strategy, success metrics, and experiment design.
- Develop a strategic learning roadmap based on data observations.
