Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the Customer Experience Analytics team to set the analytical vision for measuring and improving customer resolutions across our support channels.

You will lead a team of data scientists at the intersection of customer experience quality and operational cost, define metrics, drive a roadmap with CX, Product, Engineering, and AI/ML, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data science, product analytics, consulting, or related field with executive communication skills.
• 3+ years as a people manager, building high-performing teams.
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, CS, or similar quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical vision for measuring and improving customer resolutions across support channels.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists at the intersection of customer experience quality and operational cost.
