Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to lead the Discovery team of data scientists, shaping how we understand the consumer experience and measure new features. You will collaborate with product, engineering, strategy, and operations to translate questions into scalable analyses.

You will establish metrics, oversee our analytics strategy, and mentor team members while partnering with data and product engineers to build robust data foundations that support velocity and informed

• Strong background in data science and analytics applied to product decisions.
• Proven experience leading data science teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists investigating complex issues and uncovering key drivers of the business.
• Influence Product and Operations roadmaps by delivering data-based recommendations.
• Regularly present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Define measurement strategy and implement best practices for experimentation and analytics.
• Develop a strategic learning roadmap from data observations and hypotheses.
