Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to lead the Discovery data science team, shaping the consumer experience through data-driven insights and strategic product direction.

You will manage a team of data scientists, partner with product, engineering, strategy, and operations to build and measure impact of new features, and establish rigorous measurement and experimentation practices to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science and Product Analytics.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Experience leading data teams to influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Scientists to uncover key drivers of the business.
• Partner with product, engineering, strategy, and operations to build and measure impact of new features.
• Define measurement strategy and best practices for experiments and analysis.
• Present insights to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
