Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Math/Physics/Statistics/Economics/CS).
• 8+ years in Data Science and Product Analytics, in related industries.
• 3+ years as a people manager leading data teams.
• Strong technical leadership with business impact.
• Hands-on with experimentation and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, contributing as an IC.
• Shape product roadmap using data-driven insights for Consumer experience.
• Define measurement strategy, success metrics, and experiment design best practices.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
