Job summary

Kraft Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Community Relations Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of Patriots community engagement, philanthropy, and volunteer programs in alignment with Foundation priorities. You will plan, execute, and evaluate programs to deliver measurable impact and manage stakeholder relationships to meet fundraising and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in community relations, philanthropy, nonprofit management, corporate social responsibility, or professional sports.
• Experience managing large-scale community initiatives, fundraising programs, and strategic partnerships with accountability for successful execution and outcomes.
• Experience evaluating community programs and developing measurable impact reporting to inform program improvements and demonstrate results.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, including setting expectations, coaching and developing employees, and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Community Relations and New England Patriots Foundation programs in alignment with the department strategy and Foundation priorities.
• Evaluate existing community programs and partnerships to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of fundraising programs (Patriots Premiere, Fantasy Camp) with stakeholder coordination and financial objectives.
• Manage community engagement and volunteer programs (Cornerstone Partnerships, Community Captains, Community MVP).
• Oversee donation programs (collection drives, NFL Auctions, Patriots license plates) and optimize participation and impact.
• Cultivate relationships with nonprofit partners, corporate sponsors, and other stakeholders to deliver program objectives.
• Develop and maintain impact reporting with performance measures and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, events, and other teams to support storytelling around the Foundation’s mission.
• Manage and develop Community Relations staff, set expectations, coach, and ensure objective delivery.
• Oversee budgets and resources, monitor expenditures, and ensure responsible stewardship.
