Job summary

Kraft Sports and Entertainment LLC's Patriots Foundation seeks a Senior Manager of Community Relations to lead engagement, fundraising, and volunteer initiatives aligned with Military/Veterans, Health, Hunger priorities. You will plan, execute, and evaluate programs to deliver measurable impact.

You will partner with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and a team, oversee major campaigns such as Patriots Premiere and Fantasy Camp, and report outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years in community relations, philanthropy, nonprofit management, CSR, or professional sports.
• Experience managing large-scale community initiatives, fundraising programs, and strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Community Relations and New England Patriots Foundation programs in alignment with department strategy and priority focus areas.
• Evaluate programs using participation, financial, stakeholder, and impact data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of fundraising programs (Patriots Premiere, Fantasy Camp), coordinating stakeholders and financial objectives.
• Oversee community engagement and volunteer programs (Cornerstone Partnerships, Community Captains, Community MVP).
• Develop and maintain impact reporting with performance measures for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share program results and support storytelling around the Foundation’s mission.
