Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in community relations, philanthropy, nonprofit management, CSR, or professional sports.
• Experience with large-scale initiatives, fundraising programs, and partnerships.
• Ability to evaluate programs and develop impact reporting.
• Proven leadership: coaching, performance management.
• Experience budgeting and allocating resources.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Commitment to community service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Relations and Foundation programs aligned with priorities.
• Evaluate programs and partnerships using data to drive growth and impact.
• Plan and execute fundraising programs (Patriots Premiere, Fantasy Camp).
• Manage community engagement and volunteer programs and partnerships.
• Oversee donation programs and donor engagement activities.
• Manage relationships with nonprofits, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain impact reporting and communicate outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support storytelling and mission.
• Develop and mentor Community Relations staff.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
• Handle special projects as needed and ensure privacy compliance.
