Job summary

Kraft Group LLC in Foxborough, MA, seeks a Senior Manager of Community Relations to lead Patriots Foundation programs focused on Military/Veterans, Health/Well-being, and Hunger/Homelessness. You will plan, execute and evaluate initiatives, manage staff and budgets, and partner with nonprofits and corporate partners to deliver measurable community impact.

You will collaborate with communications, marketing, and football operations teams to tell our Foundation story and advance priority programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in community relations, philanthropy, nonprofit management, CSR, or professional sports.
• Experience managing large community initiatives, fundraising programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience evaluating programs and developing measurable impact reporting.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing program budgets and allocating resources.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and Patriots home games as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Community Relations and Foundation programs aligned with department strategy and priorities.
• Evaluate programs and partnerships using data to identify opportunities for growth and impact.
• Lead planning and execution of fundraising programs, including Patriots Premiere and Fantasy Camp.
• Oversee community engagement and volunteer programs, ensuring effective execution and alignment.
• Oversee donation programs, monitoring participation and financial contribution.
• Manage relationships with nonprofits, corporate partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain impact reporting showing performance, financial results and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program execution and storytelling.
• Manage assigned staff, set expectations, coach and develop them.
• Manage program budgets and resources within approved parameters.
• Handle special projects and assignments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy compliance.
