Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Community Relations Senior Manager to lead the Patriots Foundation programs and related fundraising initiatives in Foxborough, MA. You will drive community impact across Military/Veterans, Health/Well-being, and Hunger/Homelessness, coordinating with partners and staff to deliver measurable results.

You will oversee program strategy, budgeting, and impact reporting while collaborating with communications, marketing, and operations teams to tell the Foundation story

Qualifications

8+ years in community relations, philanthropy, or nonprofit management.
Experience leading large-scale community initiatives and partnerships.
Ability to develop measurable impact reporting.
Proven people leadership and coaching skills.
Experience managing multi-project budgets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Patriots Foundation programs aligned with core priorities.
Evaluate programs and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead planning and execution of fundraising programs.
