Create internal and advertiser-facing communications that address specific needs and interests, with a focus on business and product-related updates.
Create engaging content for several internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, emails, presentations, event scripts/talking points, and videos.
Provide strategic communications counsel to partners within the business, especially for situations not solved by current guides.
Cross-team collaboration with sales, product management, product marketing, training, legal and corporate communications to lead goals and ensure clear messaging.
Develop the strategy through execution of our executive’s social media presence on LinkedIn.
Promote a culture of engagement and connection.
Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations to enhance internal communication efforts.
Bring a creative vision to reimagine and enhance the design and format of internal newsletters and other communication materials.
Manage crisis communication efforts with composure, ensuring consistent messaging during critical times.
Use your storytelling skills to create compelling narratives that resonate with associates and amplify our mission.
8+ years’ experience building communications programs with expertise in strategy.
8+ years experience in internal B2B communications.
6+ years experience in project management.
4+ years experience managing executive persona on LinkedIn.
4+ years experience in digital advertising or retail media.
Experience managing complex, and visible internal communications.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in communications, journalism, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in communications, journalism, business, or related area.
