About Member Access Platform (MAP)

Sam’s Club MAP is an ad tech startup inside one of the world’s largest and most successful companies—Walmart. We’re building a retail media and retail experience network, helping brands and advertisers engage Sam’s Club members at the right moment, using data on millions of transactions.

What you’ll do…

• Develop and manage the MAP onboarding program and support training requests
• Audit existing learning materials and review/edit final drafts
• Adapt content to changing learner needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Align content with business goals and initiatives
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders
• Research industry techniques that increase facilitation effectiveness
• Develop best practice approaches and integrate them into the facilitation program
• Deliver training materials and assess facilitator performance
• Collaborate with internal customers and engage in facilitation interventions to build facilitator capability

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
