Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical in the Boston area is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy to lead Power BI dashboards, AI analytics, and advanced analytics across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, and leadership. You will partner with business, data, IT, and vendor teams to deliver accurate, scalable dashboards and insights that support timely decisions across the organization.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience, with at least 3 years building Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
• 6–8 years of related experience; 3+ years building Power BI dashboards and querying large data sets
• Knowledge of syndicated national and payer/HCP data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesalers) is required
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into insights
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders
• Strong project management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and ongoing improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate questions into insights
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases, including trend analysis and anomaly detection
• Embed AI insights into dashboards and reviews to enable proactive decisions
• Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendors to ensure data integration and solution quality
• Manage external Power BI and analytics vendors and timelines
• Maintain governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, privacy, and documentation
• Monitor dashboard usage and measure business value; drive enhancements and adoption
