Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy to lead Power BI dashboards and AI-enabled analytics.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver accurate dashboards and insights in a fast-paced biopharma environment. Responsibilities include strategy, development, data governance, and vendor management, with a focus on data quality, adoption, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of related experience required, with 3+ years building Power BI dashboards.
• Experience using SQL and querying large/complex data sets (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift).
• Knowledge of syndicated national and payer/HCP level commercial pharma data.
• Demonstrated expertise developing Power BI dashboards in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate questions into insights.
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases and automation.
• Embed AI insights into dashboards and business reviews to drive faster decisions.
• Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendors to ensure data integration and quality.
• Manage external Power BI and analytics vendors and monitor performance.
• Maintain governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, access and privacy.
• Monitor dashboard usage, AI performance, and business value to guide improvements.
• Provide training to increase adoption of Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.
