This Senior Manager will lead commercial reporting strategy, with emphasis on Power BI, AI, and analytics across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of related experience.
• 3+ years building Power BI dashboards and querying large data sets (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift).
• Knowledge of syndicated national and payer data (Symphony, IQVIA) required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into insights.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, IT, or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, prioritize requests, and translate business questions into insights.
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases, including trend analysis and anomaly detection.
• Embed AI-generated insights into Power BI dashboards and executive reviews to support proactive decisions.
• Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure reliable data integration and timely delivery.
• Manage external Power BI and analytics vendors, including priorities and performance.
• Maintain reporting and AI governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, access, and privacy.
• Monitor dashboard usage and AI performance to guide enhancements.
• Provide training and support to increase adoption of Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.
