  • Knowledge of syndicated national and payer/HCP data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesalers) is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into insights
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Job description

Collegium Pharmaceutical is building a leading, diversified biopharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We have a leading portfolio of responsible pain management and neuropsychiatry medications.

Hybrid – Boston, MA: Collegium will relocate its headquarters to One Lincoln in downtown Boston in Q1 2027. Until the move, this role will be based at our current headquarters in Stoughton, MA. Employees are required to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, both before and after the relocation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy will lead commercial reporting and business intelligence capabilities, with a focus on Power BI, AI, and advanced analytics. This role will partner with business, data, IT, and vendor teams to deliver accurate, scalable dashboards and insights that support timely decisions across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, and senior leadership. The position will also oversee reporting priorities, data quality, user adoption, and responsible governance of AI-enabled solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, prioritize requests, and translate business questions into clear, actionable insights
  • Identify and implement practical AI and advanced analytics use cases, including trend analysis, anomaly detection, natural-language insights, and reporting automation
  • Embed AI-generated insights and leading indicators into Power BI dashboards and recurring business reviews to support faster, more proactive decisions
  • Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure reliable data integration, solution quality, and timely delivery
  • Manage external Power BI and analytics vendors, including priorities, timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and performance
  • Maintain reporting and AI governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, access, documentation, validation, privacy, and responsible use
  • Monitor dashboard usage, AI solution performance, user feedback, and business value to guide enhancements and measure impact
  • Provide training and support to increase adoption of Power BI, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled analytics

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required, Master’s degree in related field highly desirable.
  • 6-8 years of related experience required; Minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL building PowerBI dashboards, and querying large and/or complex data sets (Oracle, SQL Server and/or Amazon Redshift).
  • Knowledge of both syndicated national and payer/ HCP level Commercial Pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims and wholesaler data) required.
  • Demonstrated expertise developing, managing, or supporting Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, IT, Data Management, or senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance stakeholder needs, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Pay Range

$170,000 - $200,000 USD
