Job summary

Beghou Consulting seeks a senior Data Management lead to drive DM/MDM projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in the US. You will oversee design, development, and delivery, interact with clients, and manage scope, timelines, and budget.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate with global teams, and apply advanced analytics and coding to data processing and reporting. A Bachelor's or higher with 8+ years’ experience and strong Python/R/SAS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or other centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market.
• MDM experience in Oncology therapeutic area preferred.
• CDW experience in US Pharmaceuticals market preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel skills required.
• Coding skills in Python, R or SAS required.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective project management and people management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
• Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and develops Data Management projects to ensure sound methodology and timely, on-budget delivery.
• Leads project teams in design and configuration of DM/MDM solutions.
• Provides client-facing guidance on scope, deadlines, and resource planning.
• Synthesizes findings and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
• Manages project finances, SOWs, and client invoicing.
