The Senior Manager, Commercial Credit Card & Commercial Payment Product Credit Risk Management leads multiple teams responsible for managing credit and operational risk across the commercial card and payment product lifecycle. This role develops plans, allocates resources, and maintains risk practices aligned with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

The Senior Manager partners with business, Credit, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Legal, and other risk functions to resolve issues,

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating commercial credit risk through financial statement analysis, bureau information, and credit data.
• Ability to manage risk across credit products and portfolios with strong governance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk controls for commercial products.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple related teams responsible for commercial credit card and payment product risk management, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee evaluation of creditworthiness for corporate, middle-market, and SME clients using financial analysis and third-party data.
• Set and monitor credit limits, enjoy exposure thresholds, and implement spend controls aligned with risk appetite.
• Direct portfolio monitoring, including delinquency trends, utilization, and industry concentrations.
• Translate regulatory and data-use requirements into operational controls with Compliance and risk teams.
• Oversee early-intervention and collection strategies, including account restrictions and restructurings.
• Identify and resolve complex credit and operational problems by coordinating resources and influencing leaders.
• Lead remediation and examination-readiness activities, including audits and corrective actions.
