The Senior Manager, Commercial Credit Card & Commercial Payment Product Credit Risk Management at Huntington National Bank leads multiple teams responsible for credit and operational risk across the commercial card and payment product lifecycle. This role develops plans, sets priorities, allocates resources, and maintains risk practices aligned with regulatory requirements and the bank's risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial credit, card, payments risk management or related field.
• Experience leading multiple risk management teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of commercial card and payment products, risk appetite, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple teams responsible for commercial credit card and payment product risk management, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee evaluation of creditworthiness for corporate, middle-market, and SME clients using financial statements and credit data.
• Set and monitor credit limits, exposure thresholds, spend controls, and credit authority.
• Direct portfolio monitoring including delinquency trends, utilization, payment behavior, and industry concentrations.
• Translate regulatory and data-use requirements into operational controls with Compliance and other risk teams.
• Oversee early-intervention and collection strategies including account restrictions and restructurings.
• Identify and resolve complex credit, operational, and organizational problems across the department.
• Lead remediation and examination-readiness activities with internal and external auditors.
