Huntington Bank seeks a Senior Manager to lead Commercial Credit Card & Commercial Payment Product Credit Risk Management. You will guide multiple teams, set priorities, and ensure controls align with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with business, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to resolve complex issues and influence decisions shaping portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required plus 10 years of experience in commercial credit, cards, payments risk management or related field.
• Experience evaluating credit risk and managing risk exposure across commercial portfolios is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams responsible for commercial credit card and payment product risk management.
• Oversee evaluation of creditworthiness for corporate, middle-market, and SME clients.
• Establish and maintain credit limit practices, exposure thresholds, and spend controls.
• Direct portfolio monitoring for delinquency trends, utilization, and payment behavior.
• Translate regulatory and data-use requirements into operational controls with Compliance and risk teams.
• Oversee early-intervention and collection strategies for emerging credit concerns.
• Identify and resolve complex credit and operational problems across the department.
• Lead remediation and audit-readiness activities and sustainable issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
