Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years of relevant experience in commercial credit, commercial cards, commercial payments, financial services risk management, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Experience evaluating commercial credit risk through financial statement analysis, commercial bureau information, payment performance, and related credit data.
• Knowledge of credit policies, risk appetite, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, judgment, communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.

• Lead multiple teams responsible for commercial credit card and payment product risk management.
• Oversee evaluation of creditworthiness for corporate, middle‑market, and SME clients.
• Set credit limits, exposure thresholds, and spend controls in line with risk appetite.
• Direct portfolio monitoring, delinquency trends, utilization, and payment behavior analysis.
• Translate card and payment regulations into operational controls with Compliance support.
• Oversee early-intervention and collection strategies, including account restrictions and restructurings.
• Identify and resolve complex credit, operational, and organizational issues across departments.
• Lead remediation and exam-readiness activities and sustain resolution of issues.
