Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, marketing operations, omnichannel performance measurement, or promotional investment analysis.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the Advanced Analytics team's priorities aligned to business objectives.
• Translate direction into clearly defined, manageable bodies of work.
• Deliver global omnichannel performance measurement and promotional analytics with high quality and consistency.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and optimize promotional spend allocation and trade-offs.
• Identify repeatable optimization analyses and create scalable measurement solutions.
• Coordinate execution across stakeholders to ensure progress and commitments.
• Apply CX approaches and share insights for continuous improvement.
