Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a senior analytics and AI/GenAI leader to oversee Commercial analytics strategy and execution. You will bridge Commercial stakeholders with IT & Digital, identify high-value use cases, and deliver data-driven solutions that drive growth.

The role requires a strong data science foundation, sales and marketing knowledge, and proven leadership to guide cross‑functional teams. You will lead the adoption of analytics across Commercial and participate in the Data Council to align

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading teams in a consumer products organization.
• 7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale AI/automation projects with adoption impact.
• Experience implementing Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with senior leaders to drive data, analytics and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data integration and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Work with commercial functions to enable decision-making through insights.
• Prioritize advanced analytics, AI, GenAI projects aligned with Commercial priorities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions.
• Lead AI/GenAI solutions with IT & Digital and external partners.
• Develop testing plans for analytics and AI solutions and manage timelines.
• Act as liaison between Commercial stakeholders and IT teams to map problems to solutions.
• Identify and champion emerging AI and automation capabilities.
• Drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to guide analytics initiatives and align with enterprise strategy.
• Represent Commercial on the Data Council to influence analytics priorities.
