Nestlé S.A. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy analytics and AI solutions that drive business impact within Consumer Insights and Analytics.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales to build models, optimize performance, and automate decision-making using cutting-edge tech. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data science, strong Python/R skills, and experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure ML, and NLP/DL.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a related field.
• 5+ years as Data Scientist or ML engineer with relevant focus.
• Experience deploying advanced analytical models and algorithms.
• Applied ML techniques incl. regression, clustering, AI, DL.
• Hands-on Python and R programming for business challenges.
• Cloud/DB skills: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure ML, BigQuery.
• Ability to create meaningful features and handle missing data.
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
