Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services for a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown. You will lead a global Production Services team handling clinical trial supply packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across regions to drive operational excellence and support growth in a growing clinical trial supply organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 6 to 10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, clinical logistics, or related regulated environment.
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience with clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience in production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide escalation for complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning activities.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.
