Job summary

King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Manager, Client Receivables to lead the Firm's inventory management and receivables operations. You will oversee billing, collections, and regional teams, driving performance, reporting, and process improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years in law firm finance or related areas, with strong leadership and analytics capabilities. Aderant experience is preferred, and the position may require after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in law firm finance, revenue management, inventory management, collections, or related leadership roles.
• Prior leadership and people management experience required.
• Experience developing reporting, analytics, and operational metrics.
• Experience leading projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
• Experience with Aderant and related financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Client Receivables team leadership, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Client Receivables function for inventory management, billing, and collections.
• Develop and oversee reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive organizational change.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and implement systems and tools.
