Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Change Integration team for the 767/777 Programs. This on-site role reports to the Director of 777 and Everett Site Business Operations and focuses on delivering coordinated change execution across programs.

The position requires 100% on-site work in Everett with minimal travel. You will mentor and lead 30+ employees, collaborating with senior leadership to stabilize the value stream and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, and/or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-program Engineering Change Board Organization for 777 (-9, -8F, -2F) and 767 (Tanker/Freighter).
• Execute 767 and 777 Program LT Change operating rhythms including CCB0/1, Change mitigation board, Change Management Homeroom, etc
• Partners with Engineering Director, ALIT Leaders, SC and FAB LT in helping stabilize Change value stream, overcome challenges
• Leads 30+ employees including first-level managers performing critical change functions.
• Leads with the Boeing Values to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and combined team.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to develop their direct team and those around them.
