Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA (onsite) seeks a Senior Multi Skill Engineering Manager to lead Mission Assurance and System Safety across BDS programs. You will train teams, implement processes, and align with Enterprise safety goals while supporting a large community of safety engineers.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years engineering experience, and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field; U.S. Security Clearance eligibility (U.S. Citizenship)
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years in leadership role, cross-functional team exposure

Responsibilities

• Co-leads Flight Test Mission Assurance Readiness reviews
• Leads Technical Independent Reviews and Root Cause Corrective Actions
• Coordinates Mission Assurance activities with senior engineering leadership
• Co-Chairs Division Safety Review Board and supports safety review boards
• Manages system safety engineers and plans staffing for MS&B programs
• Promotes Safety Management System pillars and tracks escalation timelines
