Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering course of study.
Experience working in an engineering discipline.
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Leads IPTs in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies, and production/tooling philosophies.
Refines, validates, coordinates and implements conceptual designs; manages the program architecture for build.
Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.
Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability meets requirements.
Resolves complex technical problems.
Serves as project manager to integrate contract requirements, specifications, design criteria, and schedule performance.
Leads advanced design solutions and supports research of new product opportunities.
Deploys Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
Documents and communicates producibility best practices.
