Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in change management or organizational effectiveness, ideally in marketing, communications, or creative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the change strategy and roadmap — develop and execute change approaches, translating business needs into clear change objectives, plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Direct enablement and training strategy — deliver role-based training and job aids with enablement and training partners, keeping messaging consistent without overloading the business.
  • Define and track change effectiveness — set adoption/usage/value-realization metrics and reporting routines that give leaders visibility into what's working and where to intervene.
  • Embed change into PMO governance — make change risk and readiness a standing input to program reviews, with one methodology applied consistently across initiatives.
  • Build reusable change infrastructure — playbooks, tools, and templates that drive consistency and efficiency across the org.
