Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of marketing experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The successful candidate will support a variety of marketing initiatives and play an important role in delivering high-quality communications to both internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects across multiple channels.

Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, including emails, client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate communications with high-profile clients, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy at all times.

Assist in the development, preparation, and distribution of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials.

Maintain organized records of marketing activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance metrics.

Support the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of marketing deliverables and project timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and campaign execution.

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights as required.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related support role.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $22hr USD.
